"After my mother passed, I saved two cherished antiques among others while cleaning out her home. One, a settee that had been in the entryway of my grandparents first big house. The other is a rocking chair that belonged to my Great Great Grandmother and has rocked at least four generations of my family to sleep as babes. Both were in various states of disrepair and needed serious TLC. My mom loved both of these pieces and I felt it was my duty to make sure they were taken care of.
